The Right Inspector, Right Away!®
Certified Master Inspector
As a Certified Master Inspector, I will evaluate your property following the International Association of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice. Informing you of potentially costly issues and unsafe conditions and providing an unbiased opinion on the condition of the property. I inspect the property in much more detail than you and your real estate agent would have been able to during your initial visit providing you with the tools to negotiate your best deal on pricing and repairs.
Same Day Narrative Reporting
Through the use of our state-of-the-art software, your inspection report is delivered to your email the same day as the inspection. Your report will include comments along with photos of any visible defects discovered in an easy-to-read format. Your report can be shared with anyone and you can create a repair or request list inside the report to send to your realtor or the seller, electronic agreements, and secure online payments are all accomplished using our HomeGauge Software.
We are a participating member of InterNACHI’s Buy-Back-Guarantee Program and are Fort Dodge’s only inspector who provides a Buy-Back Guarantee at no cost to you. Our Guarantee is honored for 90 days after closing. If something was overlooked during the inspection and you no longer want the home, InterNACHI’s Buy-Back Program will pay you the same price you paid for the home.
Radon testing is provided as an additional service. Fast, detailed test results are provided at the end of the testing period. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. Radon gas is inert, colorless, and odorless and is naturally occurring in the atmosphere. Most radon exposure occurs inside homes, schools, and workplaces. Radon gas becomes trapped indoors after it enters through cracks and other holes in the foundation. Indoor radon levels can be controlled and managed with cost-effective techniques. Be sure to add Radon Testing to your home inspection.
